Frequently Asked Questions

May I ride with a passanger??

At Rocky Roost we understand that often couples or parents may wish to ride an ATV with a passanger, As parents ourselves, we know that there will be times when the children must ride with us, so we do not prohibit riding with passengers as long as your machine can safely seat them, and you do not engage in "stunt riding" or other unsafe practices. If you drive carefully we have no problems with passengers.

Please Wear boots.

BootsAt Rocky Roost we prefer that riders and hikers wear boots with ankle support. Motocross boots are excellent but not required. A decent pair of boots can be purchased at Wal Mart for under $30 not bad to avoid a messed up ankle.. So get some boots!

Is my pipe too loud?

At Rocky Roost we believe in keeping the sound levels within reason, however legally there is no noise ordinance in effect until 10:00PM.

So if you have a loud exhaust, you will have to shut down your machine no later than 10:00pm to ensure compliance with local laws.
