  This site is dedicated to the memory of Chester Rusin, A true American patriot who selflessly served in WW2 and was a  hero and Monterey  resident when he was tragically killed in 1997 while riding his bicycle home from Burger King. Godspeed and you are missed Chester.  Your nation appreciates the sacrifice you made.
